• Carpets vacuumed including under bed if accessible
• Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped
• Wall marks spot cleaned and skirting boards cleaned
• Cobwebs removed
• All light switches/power points cleaned
• Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Bathrooms   

• Bath cleaned, rinsed and left shining
• Shower recess scrubbed, fittings and glass cleaned
• Mould treated and scrubbed
• Basin and Vanity scrubbed
• Toilets including base and behind
• Mirrors cleaned and polished
• Window sills wiped down
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Ceiling/exhaust fan cleaned

Stairs, Hallways, Common Areas

• Newspapers, magazines and books straightened
• Cushions straightened
• Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
• Glass tables & TV screens cleaned
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Cobwebs removed
• Fingerprints wiped from door frames
• Light switches/power points cleaned

Optional Extras

• Steam clean carpets
• Wash Venetian or timber blinds
• Clean windows externally and/or internally

Some items may not require attention every visit and will be rotated as required.
